Respite

Nature calls to us, we feel a draw to our landscape and its inhabitants. In this mini-project 'Respite' I spent an afternoon sitting in the yard where the two largest geldings had been let out to roam while the fields were in use. I used this time to observe and capture the experience of this space with Freddy and Bigman while allowing myself to slow down and breathe. Taking time to relax and be quiet with these horses; a form of bonding similar to how horses bond with one another.
